We worked with the original owners of this perfectly positioned, but tired, two-bedroom apartment to navigate their first renovation in 20 years. Schmidt Construction managed communication with neighbouring residential and commercial properties along with challenging site access – which required the craning in of benchtops and joinery – to successfully transform every room in just three months.
