Schmidt Construction was first engaged by the owners of this home after a flood had damaged their kitchen. The original layout was reworked to not only maximise the flow and functionality of the kitchen area within the family’s open plan living space, but to also successfully fulfill our clients’ wish for a hidden butler’s pantry equipped with custom storage for every item… right down to a drawer for the potatoes.
The initial project expanded to include a new laundry, his and hers bathrooms that reflected each client’s specific requirements and an expansive walk-in robe with a number of luxurious features.
