The former Salvation Army hall has been restored to its former glory, with the Citadel building’s commercial section offering six private offices, an event space, two meeting rooms, a podcast studio/edit suite, and studio space for photography/film projects. The interior seamlessly aligns with the aesthetics of the residential area, featuring bold design elements such as heritage trusses, mixed marbles, aged brass, exposed brick, blackened steel, and raw timbers. To enhance the natural light in the film studio, we excavated the ground and installed a double-glazed glass garage complemented by a curved Cyc wall and ceiling lighting grid. The commercial space is the ultimate fit-out, catering to the diverse needs of all creatives.
